Licensed Investigative Psychologists for Habilitation and Health
Do you want to be part of Habilitation and Health's new mission for assessments of preschool children?
Habilitation and Health has received an expanded mission to conduct psychological assessments of preschool children within habilitation with suspected intellectual disabilities prior to applying for adapted primary school.
To carry out this mission, we are now expanding our organization with 5 new psychologist positions. As a psychologist with this mission, you will be employed at one of four centers: Habilitation Center Flemingsberg, Habilitation Center Liljeholmen, Habilitation Center Sollentuna (2 positions), or Habilitation Center Söderstaden. All centers have easy access to public transportation. Please indicate in your application if your interest only applies to one or a few of these centers.
About the Work:
Your mission will primarily consist of screening and assessment of preschool children, as well as psychoeducational work with children and their networks based on the results of the assessment. There is also the possibility of some other clinical psychological work. You will have support from experienced investigative psychologists at your unit and will also collaborate with colleagues in the interdisciplinary teams of the units. You will be part of a cross-county network with other psychologists within habilitation, with the same mission, who meet regularly. Introduction and supervision in the work will be offered. Since this is a new mission for the organization, you will also be part of the establishment and development work of the renewed assessment mission within HH.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a total of 5 licensed psychologists with documented experience in investigative work with children, such as developmental assessments or neuropsychiatric assessments. We prefer that you have experience in clinical work with preschool children and children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disabilities, or motor impairments.
We use a competency-based recruitment model that means the process includes interviews, work samples, and structured reference checks.
Personal Qualities:
You are good at working both independently and fostering good collaboration with colleagues and patients' networks. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and to adapt your communication to the recipient. You find it easy to structure your work and have the ability to work efficiently to meet interventions and documentation within set time frames. Since this is a new mission for the organization, we appreciate that you are interested in being part of development work.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment. Full-time with start date 260201 or by agreement.
With us you will receive:
- Stimulating tasks and the opportunity to develop in your professional role.
